I'm Sarah, a highly qualified, independant Therapist. Thank you for viewing my website.

I provide online therapy to clients across the UK, USA, Italy & South Africa.

Being based in the UK, it has meant a great deal to be recommended to clients in different countries. I feel extremely privileged that my clients have included high profile people, known to the media; & also their children.

I hold Specialist qualifications in counselling children & young people. Trauma Therapy for adults & children & Relationship Counselling.

Before focusing on my own private practice, I was the West Mercia Specialist Therapist for specialist rape charity, Family Matters UK for 9 years across Herefordshire, Worcestershire & Shropshire. Providing specialist trauma therapy for child & adult victims of rape & sexual abuse, usually referred by West Mercia Police, GP’s & Social Services. I am experienced in Pre-trial therapy. This means that the focus of the sessions is strictly on the emotional wellbeing of the client and we do not discuss anything evidential that would cause conflict with any ongoing case.

I previously ran the Changing Young Lives Project; A Specialist Counselling Project for Family Matters UK in Herefordshire, Monmouthshire & Gwent providing therapy sessions for victims of rape & sexual abuse, under the age of 16. I’ve also worked for the University Of Wales in primary schools across Wales & have seen clients for Social Services in Cardiff, Newport, Powys, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire & Gloucestershire.

For over 13 years I've thoroughly enjoyed being the School Counsellor at Weobley High School Herefordshire; a fantastic school that provides genuine care & goes above & beyond for all of it’s students.

I pride myself on being highly qualified; I hold a Specialist Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Children & Young People & a degree in Therapeutic Counselling. My commitment to my role means I embark on regular, ongoing training, such as; Safeguarding for Adults & Children, Self Harm, Integral Eye Movement Therapy, Relationship Counselling, Trauma Therapy, Couples Counselling & Supervision Training.

My work is my passion; exactly why I strive to achieve the highest counselling qualifications I can ~ for my clients!

I understand and respect that each client is unique, has walked their own path and has their own story to tell... I feel highly privileged to be a part of that journey and put my heart and soul in to my work...
