It can be one of the hardest times in life, the transition to high school, navigating all of the usual issues that life throws at you. On top of that young people have the added challenges of dealing with many biological changes also.
The fact is that our young people now face more complex challenges than ever before, as the past two years have shown us! Many have been traumatised in various ways by the pandemic. It's an extremely hard time to be a young person
Counselling provides a safe place for young people to release & process feelings. It provides them with an emotional anchor, outside of family & school during turbulent times.

Sarah worked with my son who was suffering with basic teenage life and anxiety issues. She managed to make him feel very relaxed and open up about a few issues both his mum and myself knew nothing of. The work she did, and the results she got out of Cameron, have been nothing short of phenomenal. I am personally so grateful that she has restored my son to his previous happy and confident self and with a much more positive outlook on life as a whole. Thankyou so much Sarah.

A massive thank you to sarah who have helped me with loads! No matter what the matter is your always there listening and giving good advice, you ent just a councillor your also a friend, you have a warm heart and an amazing personality, I would recomment you to anyone!! xx
