Couples seek therapy for many different reasons. Statistics show that sadly, most couples leave it too late to seek Counselling, so if you are considering it, please don't hesitate to take action and reach out.
The thought of attending couple counselling can be very intimidating. Some people fear that the Counsellor will take sides, or judge them.
To reassure you, my role is to stay neutral between both parties. I do not take sides or judge & have huge amount of respect for all couples that I work with.
Couples Therapy can help couples to either resolve issues in a non-judgemental, safe space or to bring closure to a situation.
Attending sessions shows a level of commitment to your relationship and your partner about your intention to resolve the issues that are worrying you, together.
